☆ Graduate Program (2017)
Length of Program
1) Academic Master’s Degree: 3 years.
2）Professional Master’s Degree: 2 years; (MTI: 2.5 years, Juris Master: 3 years);
3) Doctor’s Degree: 3 years.
4）English-taught Master’s Degree: 2 years
★ Admissions are only available in fall semester and school begins in September every year. Detailed dates are available in the acceptance letter.
Application Deadline: May 15.
Application Qualifications
Master’s Degree: Applications are open to foreign citizens with reliable financial support and stability who are university graduates with a completed bachelor’s degree and in good health. A good command of Chinese/English which meets the requirements of degree studies is also required.
Doctor’s Degree: Applications are open to foreign citizens with reliable financial support and stability who are university graduates with a completed master’s degree and in good health. A good command of Chinese/English which meets the requirements of degree studies is also required.
Entrance Examination
Entrance Examination includes written and oral test, is held in late May or early June. The exact examination date and place will be informed via e-mail by the Graduate College of SISU.
Application Materials

Diploma and academic record in original or notarized copy in English or Chinese.
Photocopy of HSK certificate or Chinese proficiency certification.
Personal statement, about 1000 words, written in Chinese or in the language which meets the academic requirement of the program, including study and work experiences, research results and statement of purpose.
The index and abstract of published papers and any other materials to certify your research abilities.
Two original recommendation letters from professor or associate professor in English or Chinese.
Photocopy of passport.
4 passport photos (in size of 5cm * 4cm).
Application fee: 800 RMB (or 130 USD).
If necessary, SISU will require applicants to submit some additional materials.
Application fee is non-refundable, payable in cash or remittance (T/T). Checks are not acceptable.
